Teaching new worker how to order baby sleeping bags

I like people and I like to work with them. I know that this is an unusual attitude that you can^t normally see in today^s world but that^s how I was right from the beginning and it is natural for me. Luckily I was able to use my abilities in the business. I am a person responsible for the workers in my company. What does it mean? I take care of all the needs of our personnel. I want them to be happy from working in our company and that is why when there are some problems connected with that they know that they can always contact me and get the help that they need. Recently we have hired a new worker and as usual I had to teach him a lot of things. The most important thing for him was to learn how to order baby sleeping bags. That was a little bit surprising for me and after a short period of time it became frustrating. I was explaining it to him in the same way that I used to for other workers and yet for some reason he couldn^t remember it. I wasn^t really angry as I really care about our workers, I just wanted him to finally understand how to order baby sleeping bags. I believe that thanks to my help he finally got it and there won^t be further problems with that.
